The Little Voice Store is located in Sydney's historic Queen Victoria Building (QVB) on the corner of Park and George Streets. The stores address is Shop 34-36, Level 2 QVB, 429-481 George Street, Sydney.

Q: When are you open?
Little Voice is open Monday to Saturday from 10AM to 6PM, Thursday until 8PM and Sunday from 11AM to 5PM.

Q: Can I purchase online?
At present Little Voice does not have an online business facility. If you find something on our website that you would like to buy then please use the online query form, or click on the “For More Information” tabs located under each product and place a request for a quote and/or purchase. One of our staff will contact you the following business day.

Q: Do you Deliver?
Little Voice can deliver furniture within Australia by courier or removal service. Little Voice Jewellery, Toys and Ceramics can be delivered in Australia and internationally by post or Federal Express Service, depending on your preference. Delivery costs vary and are treated on an individual basis.

Q: Where are Little Voice products designed and manufactured?
All Little Voice furniture is designed, assembled and upholstered exclusively in Australia with certain carved elements and artwork created by artisans in Indonesia. All Little Voice Jewellery is designed in Australia and crafted in Indonesia.

Little Voice may update these terms and will notify you via email or a prominent posting on this customer service page. Your continued use of Little Voice after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes.

Little Voice's rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our collection, including those submitted in queries, are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, Little Voice will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our artisans and manufacturers. Little Voice reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to manufacturer delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Little Voice will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.

While the Little Voice team works diligently to review the safety of all products, Little Voice cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased from Little Voice.
